We collect the information clients submit through this site, including:
- —Contact information: your name, email address and phone number.
- —Case details: the subject, location and situation details you provide in enquiries, intake and assignment forms, and in retainer forms.
- —Uploaded documents: files and identification you send us with an enquiry or a retainer.
- —Account data: the sign-in and account details used to access your client account.
We use your information only to deliver our investigation services: to respond to your enquiry, carry out and document your case, prepare and keep your retainer, and manage your client account.
We never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or ad tracking.
Client data is stored with our service provider Base44, which hosts this site and provides the database, authentication and file storage behind it.
We handle personal information in accordance with PIPEDA, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing ryan@nashpi.com.
You can also delete your own account in the app, under My Account > Delete My Account.
