Nash Private Investigators Inc. (Ontario licence #50084659) will carry out the agreed investigation lawfully under PSISA, PIPEDA and the Criminal Code of Canada.
A $500 retainer is required before work begins and is applied against hours, mileage and expenses. Any unused balance is refunded when the file closes.
The client confirms that the investigation is not for an unlawful purpose, such as stalking, harassment, or getting around a court order.
All information is kept confidential.
We verify client identity to protect investigation subjects and ensure lawful use of our services. Your ID is stored privately, accessed only by your investigator, and deleted 90 days after your file closes. Please do not send your SIN or health card.
